Notes

Several things to make note of when making this one.
First, when making the crust, ensure the ingredients are combined enough to form a doughy texture. This will be need to be pressed into the 9 x 13 pan.
When making the filling, use low heat to ensure you don't burn the ingredients. Keep stirring to ensure this does not happen and remove from heat once it has reached the smooth texture.
Have the curst and filling baked and completed before making the fudge frosting. It is a good idea to set this aside and then make the frosting. Once the frosting is done, transfer it directly to the pan. You need to work quickly as the frosting tends to set quickly. Have your utensils ready so you are not looking around for them.
